While I am happy to provide detailed financial reports and sales documentation to qualified and serious buyers, a brief summary of the business performance is outlined below.

The practice is currently operated on a part-time basis by choice, with services offered approximately 8–10 days per month. Even with this limited schedule, the business consistently generates $8,000–$10,000 in monthly gross revenue.

Average operating expenses are approximately $1,300 per month, resulting in strong profit margins.  All esthetic equipment is fully owned with no outstanding leases or financing, and the business carries no debt.

The practice is currently dedicated exclusively to facial treatments, with services priced between $225 and $400 per treatment, and clients are accustomed to purchasing professional retail skincare products as part of their treatment plans, creating consistent service and retail revenue.

There is also significant opportunity for expansion. A new owner could easily scale the business by increasing service days and introducing additional spa services such as waxing, lash services, or other complementary treatments, further increasing revenue potential.

To support a smooth transition, I will provide training on equipment, facial protocols, and operational systems, along with marketing support. The business will retain its established brand name, 5-star Yelp and Google reputation, and loyal client base, ensuring continuity and trust for the next owner.
